If you're weight lifting workouts are only 30 - 60 minutes, you'll have a hard time fitting in a complete warm-up and any more than 2 body parts. Group your body parts together in a way that will give you the ability to train with weights that are as heavy as possible. It's a really good idea to combine body parts that compliment each other, but do not need a huge amount of energy to complete within the same workout. This will give you the ability to train with very heavy weights for each body part.
Here's an example of how I like to group muscle groups for maximum muscle growth. I would focus on my chest and back one day followed by my shoulders and traps on another day, my legs on a separate day and my arms the next.
